- Project details you choose to share, such as location, budget range, and description of the work you are considering.
- Any other information you include in messages sent to us by email or through our forms.

- Browser type, device type, operating system, screen size, and language settings.
- IP address and approximate geographic location (city, region, country).
- Referring website, pages viewed on our site, time spent, and the links you click.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see section 5).
2. Why we collect it
We collect personal information only for purposes we identify to you before or at the time of collection. Specifically, we use it to:
- Respond to your inquiries and deliver the Feasibility Study or consultation you request.

- Advertising and remarketing. We use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to measure our advertising, retarget visitors, and reach similar audiences. These platforms may set cookies on your browser and receive information about your visit.
- Email marketing. If you consent to marketing communications, your email address may be stored in our email service provider’s systems to send you those communications.
- Professional advisers. Our legal, accounting, and IT service providers when necessary to advise us.
- Legal authorities. If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Some of these providers are based in the United States or other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside Canada and subject to the laws of the country in which it is processed.

- Form submissions from prospective clients are retained for up to three years from the date of last contact.
- Records related to active or completed client engagements are retained for a minimum of seven years as required by Canadian tax and business-records law.
- Marketing-list contact information is retained until you withdraw your consent.
- Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the analytics provider (currently 14 months for Google Analytics).
7. How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include:
- Transmission of form data over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
- Access controls on internal systems that store personal information.
- Vendor selection based on their published security and privacy practices.
